- Check My CouponsReview your available coupons, their values and expiry dates.
- Choose a coupon at checkoutSelect the coupon you would like to use. You can use one coupon per order.
- Review and confirm your orderCheck the discount and final total before confirming. If there is a balance to pay, complete your payment. If the total is $0, confirming your order completes checkout without PayPal.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I receive a coupon?
Coupons are issued manually after I verify your eligibility for the WhatsApp welcome offer or a social media giveaway. Registering an account alone does not automatically add a coupon.
Where can I find my coupon?
Sign in and open My Coupons. Coupons are added directly to the eligible account. No automatic coupon email is sent.
Is there a minimum spend?
No. Coupons have no minimum spend and can be used on any product in the store.
Can I use more than one coupon?
You may hold multiple coupons, but you can use only one per order. Choose the one you prefer at checkout.
Does my coupon cover shipping and taxes?
Yes. It applies to the order total, including shipping and taxes charged by this website. It does not cover charges collected separately by customs or a delivery company.
What if my coupon is worth more than my order?
Your order total can be reduced to $0. Any unused coupon value is lost, and the whole coupon is marked as used.
Why does my coupon show “Pending payment”?
It is reserved for an unpaid order and cannot be used on another order. It stays reserved until that order is cancelled and its unpaid status is verified.
Can I cancel an unpaid order?
Open the order details in your account and select “Cancel unpaid order” when available. After cancellation is verified, the coupon is released with its original expiry date. If it has already expired, it cannot be used again.
What if my coupon expires before I pay?
You cannot complete payment using an expired coupon. Cancel the unpaid order and place a new order with an available coupon, or without a coupon.
Can I cancel an order after payment?
Paid orders cannot be cancelled through your account. Please contact me with your order number if you need help.
Will my coupon be returned after a refund?
No. Coupons remain used after either a partial or full refund. This also applies when an order with a $0 total is cancelled after checkout has been completed.
