Coupon Policy

1. Receiving a Coupon

Coupons are issued manually to eligible customers, including verified participants in the WhatsApp welcome offer and verified winners of social media giveaways.

The coupon value is shown in your account. All coupon amounts are in US dollars.

Registering an account or participating in an activity does not automatically issue a coupon. No automatic email is sent when a coupon is issued.

2. Account Ownership

A coupon belongs to the beqees account that receives it. You must sign in to that account to use it.

Coupons cannot be transferred to another person or account.

3. Validity

Coupons are valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Check My Coupons for the exact expiry date and time.

Submitting an unpaid order does not extend a coupon’s validity. If the coupon expires before payment is completed, you cannot continue payment using that coupon.

4. Eligible Purchases

Coupons have no minimum spend and apply to all products in the store.

The discount applies to the order total, including shipping and taxes charged by this website. Charges collected separately by customs, carriers or other third parties are not covered.

5. One Coupon per Order

You may hold more than one coupon, but only one may be used on each order.

Coupons cannot be combined with one another. Choose your preferred available coupon at checkout.

Each coupon can be used only once.

6. Discount Value and $0 Orders

A coupon can reduce your order total to $0, but not below $0.

Any unused coupon value is not refunded, saved or carried forward. The whole coupon is treated as used.

If your final total is $0, selecting “Confirm Order” completes checkout without PayPal and marks the coupon as used.

7. Unpaid Orders

When you submit an order with a coupon, the coupon is reserved for that order and cannot be used elsewhere.

Unpaid orders do not automatically release their coupons after a set period. The coupon remains reserved until the order is cancelled and its unpaid status is verified.

Unpaid orders do not reserve product stock. Availability is checked again before payment is completed.

8. Cancelling an Unpaid Order

You may request cancellation from your order details when the “Cancel unpaid order” option is available.

Once the order is confirmed as unpaid and cancellation is completed, the coupon is released with its original expiry date. Cancellation does not restart or extend the validity period.

A coupon that has already expired cannot be used again.

If payment is still being processed or its status cannot yet be confirmed, cancellation and coupon release may be delayed while the payment is checked.

9. Paid Orders

After payment is confirmed, the coupon is marked as used.

Paid orders cannot be cancelled through your account. Please contact me with your order number for assistance.

An order completed with a $0 total is also treated as a completed checkout and cannot be cancelled through the unpaid-order cancellation option.

10. Refunds

Coupons are not returned or reissued after either a partial or full refund. They remain marked as used.

The same rule applies if an order with a $0 total is cancelled after checkout has been completed.

Coupon value is not money paid and is not refunded as cash. Any approved monetary refund is handled manually through PayPal for the relevant payment.
